4.Commencement dates are as scheduled under ‘Courses’ in the International Students' Handbook and our website. If there should be any changes to our commencement dates due to unforeseen circumstances, we shall give seven (7) days’ advanced notice, posted on the website as well as faxing the information to the agents with prospective students.

5.Upon completion of the respective courses, an AWARD certificate will be issued to the students who have attained the required credits and with at least 90% attendance.

6.Applicants are given placement test in accordance with the courses they have enrolled in to ascertain their proficiency & suitability and placed accordingly into the respective class level.

7.Our teachers are proficiently qualified in the same professional field to conduct the courses.

8.The total hours of teaching instruction shall adhere to the timetable provided to all students on admission.

9.We guarantee appropriate refunds of tuition fees depending on the circumstances and merits according to the Standard Student Contract entered with the student.

10.We have procedures to deal with any student’s grievance and complaints and undertake to resolve them within the maximum period of twenty (21) days.

11.We shall provide to the best of our ability, a conducive learning environment with the necessary support staff to enable our students’ full attention to their studies.
