The Bachelor of Information Technology

The Bachelor of Information Technology program equips graduates with the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to work as effective and responsible information technology (IT) practitioners in a fast changing environment resulting in global career opportunities. The program enables students to gain internationally recognised qualifications using experts from Australia’s world-class tertiary institutions.
The Bachelor Degree in Information Technology consists of 24 units. 14 Units are compulsory and students may then choose 4 units of electives from the minors. The degree consists of two parts:-

A 20 unit Core providing a sound coverage of the 3 areas of knowledge.
A 4 unit minor providing a greater depth of treatment of either

The Business Context of IT, or
The Design and Operation of the Technology.
