Request for Refund: To
expedite your request for refund of course and service fees, students
are requested to write in personally to: Board of Directors, West
Business School Holdings Pte Ltd with the following information and
subsequently fill in the “Authorization for Collection of Refund Form ” ( which can be obtained from the school reception) upon approval for refund by the Board :

Course entered into or applied at West Business School
-
WBS Certificate of Guarantee

Reason(s) for requesting for the refund
(We will respond and revert to your request as soon as practicable after receiving the student’s notice for withdrawal.)
Withdrawal for Cause: The
Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by
giving written notice to the School of his/her intention to do so under
the following circumstances:

the School fails to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;

the School fails to complete the Course by the Completion Date;
-
the School terminates the Course prior to the completion of the Course; or
-
the School is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.

100% refund by the school within fourteen (14) working days.
Withdrawal Without Cause and Refund: Where
the Student withdraws from the Course for any other reasons, except the
4 reasons stated above, the School shall, as soon as practicable after
receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event
no more than fourteen (14) working days after receiving such notice) a
refund is made accordingly:
75% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and
Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal
is received by the school thirty (30) days prior to the Commencement
Date;

50% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and
Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal
is received by the school seven (7) days prior to the Commencement
Date;

10% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and
Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal
is received by the school seven (7) days after the Commencement Date;
-
5% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and
Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal
is received by the school more than seven (7) days after to the
Commencement Date, but not more than (14) days after the Commencement
Date;

0% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and
Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal
is received by the school fourteen (14) days or more after the
Commencement Date;

All Applicable Bank Administrative Charges,
Registration Fees and any properly payable/paid fees under the Student
Protection Scheme is not refundable.
Others: WBS
reserves the right to limit the enrolment, to cancel/postpone any
programmes (due to unforeseen circumstances) and to expel or reject any
student who misbehaves or fails to conduct himself/herself in a proper
manner. In the event that student is being expelled from the programme
as result of disciplinary actions, there will be no refund of any
course fee.
