Student Pass: APPLICATION FOR A STUDENT PASS IN SINGAPORE

STUDENT PASS APPLICATION PROCEDURES

West Business School Holdings Pte Ltd issues:

·  Application for Admission Form

·  ICA Student Pass Application Form

·  Form of Student Escrow Confirmation

·  Letter of offer

·  School Invoice

Upon acceptance of West Business School Holdings Pte Ltd Letter of offer, the student is required to submit:

a)      Letter of offer (duly signed)

b)      Application for Admission Form (duly signed)

c)       Form of Student Escrow Confirmation (duly signed)

d)      Pay the Non-Refundable Non-Tuition Fees (S$550)

e)      Complete and submit the following documents back to West Business School Holdings Pte Ltd:

§    Two copies each of ICA Student Pass Application Form 16, V36 and V39S

§    4 recent passport sized photographs (3.5" x 4.5")

§    Photocopy of Applicant's Valid Passport (Showing the full particulars and date of expiry)

§    Notary of Applicant's Birth Certificate

§    Notary of Applicant's Highest Graduation Certificate & Academic Transcripts

§    Notary of Applicant's Senior High School Graduation Certificate & Academic Transcripts

§    If applicant is a national from visa-required countries: documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/savings accounts

 

* All original documents must be presented for verification when collecting Student Pass.

* Official English translation of the documents are required if they are not in the English Language.

Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore will take about 4 to 6 weeks time to process upon the receipt of your application.

Successful applicants may enter Singapore to complete the formalities after their applications have been approved. They will be issued Student's Passes one month before the commencement of the course.

 

Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore also requires a Security Deposit (SD) upon successful Student Pass application as outlined below.

For successful applicants from visa-required countries:

A Single Journey Visa will be issued and mail it to the applicants via courier services upon the receipt of all tuition fees and non-tuition fees for the respective course upon the approval of their Student Pass application.

Method of Payment

 

Payment of the Non-Refundable Non-Tuition fees must be made upon student accepting “Letter of Offer” through the following modes of payment:

 

1.  Cash/NETS Payment at the School

2.  Cheque (in S$) to "West Business School Holdings Pte Ltd"

3.  Telegraphic Transfer (in S$) to:
