In order to serve you better, we value feedback from students and parents alike. Any suggestions for improvements, complaints or grievances would be looked into immediately to serve you better.
We have put in place an open communications system to obtain your co-operation in giving us your feedback.
We value your feedback and will make every effort to address them. Your input will be taken seriously and we will keep you notified of the status and actions taken.
Please be assured that all complaints and grievances forwarded will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
* Due regard for confidentiality. Students should feel secure in the knowledge that they will not suffer any form of disadvantage as a result of making a complaint.
* You can obtain our " Student’s Grievance Form " from our website or from the school reception. Alternatively, our school also entertains such communication through other channels such as email, fax or letters.
Upon receipt of the complaint or grievance, we will observe the following procedures:
* Respond to the complainant within two (2) working days, including a planned resolution time frame
* Initiate an investigation and conduct interviews for verification if necessary
* You will receive written responses within seven (7) working days from the date of our initial respond on our follow up actions.
However, in the event that the follow-up and resolution to your complaint or grievance does not meet with your satisfaction, you can take up the issue with our Management, which includes the Principal and/or the Director who will address it personally.
In the event that the Student and the School are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance procedure, the Student and the School shall refer the dispute to the CASE Mediation Centre for mediation prior to instituting any legal action or proceedings. The Student and the School hereby agree to such procedures and such fees as the CASE Mediation Centre may prescribe from time to time for the purpose of resolving their dispute.
